The American sprinter Justin Gatlin, who incurs a 4 years old suspension for doping, will be in front of the sports courts Wednesday and Thursday in New York in order to ask to be able to defend his Olympic championship on 100 meters race in Beijing.
Gatlin who already had a reduction of its sorrow last January, will require of the sport court judges to raise his suspension so that he can take part to Beijing Olympics.
But the court will also have to consider the request of the international athletics federation which disputes the leniency of reduced sentence that Gatlin had last January and wishes passed by again its sorrow at eight years.
The court will have thus two decisions to take next Thursday.
