oscar pistoriusThe south african double-amputee sprinter Oscar Pistorius, is now allowed to take part and to compete against able-bodied runners in any competition. A Court of Arbitration judged him in law to run in traditional events.

Pistorius can now hope a qualification for the next Olympic Games in Beijing but before, he must run under the time imposed by the Olympics rules in a race.

His record is actually of 46,34 seconds on 400 meters, but he has to run in 45,55 seconds or under for a qualification.
But if the young 21 years old runner can’t qualify himself for Beijing, he said in the news that it will be for London in 2012.
